Advocate / Partner

Łukasz Moczydłowski has been a partner at Prokurent since 2009.

He practises criminal law and civil law, in particular matters involving division of assets and elimination of joint ownership. He also advises on employment, media, public procurement and transportation law. He represents individuals and businesses in judicial proceedings. He has also established non-profit organizations as a founder and served on their boards as legal director.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He was admitted to practice as an advocate in 2006 and is a member of the Warsaw Regional Bar Chamber.
